Hi, I’m Max Felsenstein, a junior Writing & Communications student-athlete at Drew University. This website demonstrates my skills using Geographic Information Systems from our GIS class.
My final project, comparing Major League Baseball stadium elevations to exit velocity and home run distances demonstrates my best abilities using different GIS tools. Using Google Maps, Sheets, and Graphs helped finish this project.
Over the course of the semester, I learned how to use ArcGIS Pro, programming using Open Source GIS- R Studio, digitizing, Geocoding, 3D analyst, spatial analyst, ModelBuilder, and helping analyze different types of data amongst many different types of GIS.
